Attach your ShotKam to any 16 Bore Side-by-Side barrel with this package. Your order will come with a 12 Bore Side-by-Side Mount, plus a kit with extra rubber lining pads. Take one of the extra rubber pads plus the double-sided tape, then insert them into the 12 Bore side-by-side for a secure fit onto your 16 Bore side-by-side barrel.

NOTE: Compatible with both the Gen 3 and Gen 4 ShotKam.
