How fast is shipping to the UK?
Enjoy free FedEx shipping on all UK ShotKam orders. Orders ship within 1 working day, with delivery typically taking 3–5 working days. Need it sooner? Priority shipping is available at checkout. All VAT and import duties are included in the price, so there are no additional charges upon delivery.

Can you ship to other countries?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. For customers outside the UK, please shop through your regional ShotKam website for local pricing and applicable taxes:
Shipping is currently unavailable to Brazil, Lebanon, Mexico, Jamaica, China, Turkey, Egypt, and Sierra Leone.
Can I return my ShotKam if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, every ShotKam purchased directly from uk.shotkam.com and shipped within the UK comes with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you're not 100% satisfied, simply email support@shotkam.com within 30 days of purchase, and we'll send you return instructions for a full refund.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged units are not covered under warranty and are not eligible for a refund.
Holiday Gift Guarantee: Orders placed on or after 1 November 2026, qualify for an extended return period through 31 January 2027. Giving you extra time to shop for holiday gifts with confidence!

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of a ShotKam purchased directly from uk.shotkam.com.

Can I use my ShotKam on different shotguns, rifles, or bows?
Yes, each ShotKam includes a 12 Bore mount, with additional mounts available for 20 GA, 28 GA, .410, Side-by-Side shotguns, rifles, and more for £39 each.
For rifles, check our Rifle Compatibility Guide to find the right mount. For compound bows, use our Bow Mount, or our Rail Mount for crossbows with a compatible rail.

Can I get a different gauge mount instead of the included 12 Bore mount?
Yes, every ShotKam includes one 12 Bore mount. If you shoot with a different gauge, we're happy to substitute any available mount at no additional cost.
Simply email us at support@shotkam.com with your shipping address, phone number, and preferred mount. We'll send you a custom invoice with your selected mount included for free.
Do I need an internet connection to use ShotKam?
No, the ShotKam has its own built-in Wi-Fi, so no internet or cellular data is needed. Whether you're hunting in the middle of nowhere or at the shooting range, you can record, watch, and download your videos directly to your phone.
