If you are not 100% satisfied, return your ShotKam within 30 days for a full refund. Contact us at Support@shotkam.com and we will email you the return instructions. This guarantee applies only to orders placed on ShotKam UK's web store at uk.shotkam.com and shipped within the UK. 

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged units are not covered under warranty and are not eligible for refund.

Two (2) Year Warranty

If a technical issue arises within two years of purchase, email support@shotkam.com to request a Return Authorization Form. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who bought directly from ShotKam’s website.
