Any lost, stolen, or damaged units are not covered under warranty or eligible for refund. This guarantee applies only to orders placed on ShotKam UK's web store at uk.shotkam.com and shipped to the UK. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and associated shipping fees are non-refundable.

Two (2) Year Warranty: If any technical issue arises within two years of purchase, please email us at support@shotkam.com for a Return Authorization Form. The warranty is non-transferable and remains solely with the original buyer. It does not transfer if the camera is sold to a new buyer.
