You can see shooting errors like swing stopping at the shot or poor follow-through, which helps improve consistency. It's fun and humbling to use, but don't lend it out—you might not get it back!

Excellent for light gun setup [Gen 4 Mini]

I love the Mini for its small and lightweight size. It keeps my shotgun balanced and the footage is incredibly clear. The battery life is just right for me but would be too short for an all-day hunt. Still, for trapshooters, it’s the one you want.

The new Mini is simply great. [Gen 4 Mini]

I’ve been using it for trap shooting and the videos have been extremely helpful. The build quality is excellent and the camera starts recording automatically with each shot. I shoot with a 12 gauge semi-auto, and it captures every detail perfectly. I’ve been able to identify mistakes in my technique and correct them right away. The customer service has been amazing too.

I love the Shotkam Gen 4 Mini. I frequently use it in my training for not only Olympic trap but all other clay target disciplines. It is also a great tool I use when coaching, allowing me to capture great shots and correct missed shots while allowing the athlete to see the sight picture. Not to mention I will be bringing it to capture every hunt this year.

      Compact model review [Gen 4 Mini]

      I bought the Gen 4 Mini and the company has asked me for my feedback. It’s been perfect for my weekend registered shoots so far. I barely notice it’s there and I like being able to watch on my iPad. I’m currently in C class and got a punch this weekend for winning. I do think this is worth it for the money. Customer service has been very friendly and they have sent me instructional videos each week. They’ve got some good pros that advertise for them. Hope this review is helpful.

      Awesome camera with minor drawback

      The 4k model is exceptional for recording my hunting trips. The quality of video is better than I expected. I only give it 4 stars because I didn’t realize it didn’t come with a mount for my smaller barrel, so now I have to buy one. That aside, highly recommend.

      Exactly what I was looking for

      I've been looking for a camera to capture my duck hunts. I looked at a few options but went with the ShotKam, even though it cost the most. So glad I did. It's been exactly what I was hoping for. The videos come out crystal clear and it's easy to use.
